We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to join our reputable, long established client, based in the Swale area.

Working within the manufacturing sector, supplying products to the Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Agricultural and Electronics sectors to name a few of the industries they work with.

Working alongside and supporting the Senior Marketing Co-ordinator, your role will involve the following duties:-

  • Compiling and analysing statistical data reports for marketing activity performance
  • Assisting in the creation of effective digital campaigns, suggesting improvements to expand awareness of the company brand, products and services
  • To support with the organisation and planning of exhibitions, events and customer training
  • The creation of digital graphics for use in advertising campaigns, brochures, leaflets and to assist in the production of social media campaigns

Other aspects of the role include providing an administrative support function in the maintenance of systems that the marketing team have an involvement with - such as the ERM, new customer tracking, complaints and process improvements. You will be required to produce reports on customer perception, customer surveys and customer feedback results to aid in monitoring and continuous improvements.

Candidates suited to this role should hold a relevant marketing qualification and should be familiar with various marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords and content management systems.
