Location: Sittingbourne, KentWorking Hours: Full-time, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, On-siteSalary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a generalist marketing role where you will contribute to the growth and visibility of our brand through effective digital and offline strategies. Your role will involve website management, graphic design, event coordination, and other marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Management: Maintain and update the company website to ensure content is current, engaging, and optimised for user experience and SEO.
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and presentations, in line with brand guidelines.
• Event Coordination: Plan and organise trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote our products and services.
• Content Creation: Develop and manage content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and production teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels and materials.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Strong graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Event planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Desirable

• Experience in B2B marketing.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, architectural finishes, or similar technical industries.
• Photography and video editing skills.
