We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer specializing in pumps and motors to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the design, analysis, and maintenance of mechanical systems, particularly those involving pumping systems and electric motors. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and performance of our products and systems.
Key Responsibilitie

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of pumps and motors.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mechanical systems and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop maintenance plans and procedures to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.

Project Management:
- Manage engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to source components and services.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.

Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all designs and processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry best practices.

- Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and departments to achieve project goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and interns.
Qualifications:
