Due to fast growing business in UK, currently we look for a heavy machine service coordinator to join our young and friendly team, following are details,

Key responsibilities and duties for this position:

– Arrange and book machine service appointments via telephone and email

– Create customer invoices and provide customer updates on works completed

– Control of depot parts stock including allocation to service jobs and customer sales

– Allocate work schedules to the service team

– Work alongside the sales dept on the preparation of new machines

– Submit warranty claims following completion of works

What we expect from you:

– Ability to provide tailored customer service to a varied customer base, providing regular communication updates

– Strong team player who is willing to support their colleagues with additional tasks when required

– Ability to work to own initiative in a fast-paced depot environment whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
