Employee Benefits Financial Advisor

Hybrid after probation - Kent - c£60k + benefits including a discretionary bonus

Monday to Friday 9 to 5pm (office days will be set as Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Regular team socials. Opportunity to be part of a wider business community.

I am working exclusively with a leading Employee Benefits company who specialise in wide range of professional and financial services to both SME and Corporate businesses across the UK.

Within a very reputable and established Wealth Management and Financial Advisory business sits the Employee Benefits division who are committed (and successful) in helping employers optimise their employees financial planning and pension needs.

Your experience as a "DipFA" level 4 IFA will allow you to provide financial guidance to employees, across pensions, investments, mortgages (including buy to let), ISA, protection, and retirement planning.

This fabulous team are looking for someone to bring their knowledge and expertise that will expand their service offering to their valued client base.

Day to day tasks will include

  • One-to-one or group meetings with employees regarding :
  • Workplace Pension
  • ISAs, protection policies, cash accounts, NS & I
  • Investment planning
  • Efficient use of mortgages - including buy to let
  • Financial planning guidance, changes in workplace benefits such as pension scheme switching or Salary Sacrifice etc.
  • Tax and Tax Allowance calculations
  • Creating employee-facing documents that help explain financial services products

An ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of the issues and hot topics in the employee benefits sector. A strong understanding of products such as workplace pensions, mortgages, investments, Protection, along with an understanding of Net, Salary Sacrifice and Tax for pension contributions. They will also have experience dealing with providers and customers face to face as well as telephone, video, emails.
