HR Business Partner | £50k | Mid-Kent
Our client, a successful, well-established business in Mid Kent, are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. Reporting into the HR Director, and working within the HR team, this role will partner with the wider business providing support as the company grows
Role
- To work both strategically and operationally in a business partnering capacity to ensure HR support is provided to a high level.
- Implement and deliver end to end policy.
- Provide support and guidance to managers with complex employee relations issues.
- Ensure that managers are equipped with the skills to coach their people to high levels of performance and ongoing development of their skills.
- Use data to analyse decisions on strategic approaches to challenges.
- Support the HR Director with upcoming HR projects
- Lead and mentor junior of the HR Team.
The ideal candidate -
- CIPD Level 5 qualified - or candidates who are qualified by experience
- Demonstrable experience as an HR Generalist.
- Strong communication and business partnering skills.
- The ideal candidate will be commercially minded.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions would be desired but not essential
- Current knowledge of employment legislation.
- Experience of training coaching and influencing managers.
- Please note this role is 5 x days a week onsite at their Mid-Kent office.
