Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (No Weekends!)

Our client, a well-established and highly respected independent vehicle repair centre in Sittingbourne, is looking for a talented Workshop Controller to join their growing team. What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading & Managing a team of 6 technicians to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving - Get involved in diagnostics and problem-solving sessions with the team to share knowledge and enhance skills.
- Ensuring Quality - Oversee the servicing and repair work on a range of vehicles, ensuring all cars meet the high standards before being sold.
- Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with the owner and service manager to maximize department efficiency and productivity.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has strong technical knowledge and ideally, is a qualified technician (though not essential).
- Has excellent communication and management skills - you know how to lead a team and foster a positive, productive environment.
- Has a keen eye for detail and can multitask under pressure.
- Is comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
