Responsibilities of Primary Teacher:
- Deliver engaging lessons across the Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Mark students' work at the end of the school day and ensure effective classroom behaviour management.
- Provide students with support and guidance to promote progression and engagement.
- Adapt to different school environments and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth lesson delivery.
- Manage a positive, inclusive, and productive classroom atmosphere.
Requirements of Primary Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
- Experience in teaching across Early Years, KS1, or KS2.
- Ability to effectively manage classroom behaviour and deliver lessons to a high standard.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in various schools on a day-to-day or longer-term basis.
- Strong communication skills and passion for supporting children's learning.
