We are seeking a candidate who is able to cover a maternity leave role in a temporary capacity - duties will be as follows:-
- To ensure all orders are processed accurately onto the system
- To raise PO's as necessary
- To manage Sea Freight bookings, clearance & deliveries
- To forward on supplier paperwork to Agents and provide commodity codes
- To ensure that the container tracker sheet is up to date on both Excel and the in-house system
- To ensure that deliveries and returns are managed accordingly.
- To manage Air Freight quotes, bookings, clearance and deliveries
- To deal with any other duties as necessary.
Candidates need to have worked in a Purchasing Assistant / Administration role previously and have a good understanding of Purchase Order Administration and tracking.
