About the Role:
Due to some exciting growth, multiple projects ongoing and a great development pipeline, my client are on the look out for an Assistant Quanity Surveyor to join their team in Sittingbourne! As a Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing costs and budgets throughout the lifecycle of construction projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing cost estimates
- Tendering
- Procurement
- Ensuring the financial control of projects
- Working closely with contractors, suppliers, and clients
Person Specification:
- Proven experience working as a Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Knowledge of the full construction process
- A proven track record of delivering profitable projects and driving success.
