Sales Order Processor

Our client is currently seeking an Internal Sales Order Processor, this role is offered as  permanent position working full time, no remote working

Location:                    Sittingbourne

Salary:                        from £28,000 pa

Hours:                        8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Hybrid working:        3 days in the office (full time in office whilst training)

This is a new position 40% of the role will be completing duties within the current Sales Order Processing team.  60% of the role will be completing internal sales duties:

Internal Sales Order Processor duties will include:

• Customer analysis – gap analysis, trends and patterns with customers
• New sales - being responsible for new client communication/care for 6-12 months – checking trading partnership, adherence to terms, spend details etc
• Search for new clients in conjunction with sales team, source and nurture leads
• Order processing

Internal Sales Order Processor Qualifications/ knowledge:

• Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English or equivalent (A levels or equivalent – desirable).
• Must have the ability to problem solve; multi-task and build and maintain relationships with the existing client base.
• Must have previous experience in a customer service role.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
• Manufacturing/ Engineering knowledge is desirable.
