We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join our team in Sittingbourne. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the accuracy and reliability of accounts while providing essential support to the department. Key Responsibilities:
- Fully manage the sales ledger accounts, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently, including pricing, invoicing, providing backup, statements, and credit control.
- Assist with manual invoicing on an ad hoc basis.
- Support and provide cover to the accounts team in sales ledger pricing of jobs.
- Clearly communicate any areas of concern to the Finance Manager.
