GSL Education Kent are excited to offer a rewarding position for an English Teacher at a dynamic school in Swale. This long-term role is available immediately and will continue until the end of Term 5.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons to students, adapting pre-made resources to meet the needs of the class.
- Plan and mark student work, ensuring a balanced and supportive approach to teaching.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and learning.
- Provide high-quality feedback to support student progress and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Proven experience as an English Teacher, ideally within a UK school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- A proactive approach to planning, marking, and delivering lessons.
