Caddy Group are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented M&EQuantity Surveyor (QS) to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of M&E projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and driving successful project delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work on diverse and challenging projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate estimates, budgets, and forecasts for M&E installations and projects.
  • Monitor project costs to ensure compliance with budgets and highlight variances.
  • Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project delivery.

Contract Administration

  • Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Manage and resolve contractual disputes with clients and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit applications for payment and manage final accounts.

Project Support

  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and verify quantities.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Produce regular financial reports for stakeholders.

Risk & Compliance Management

  • Identify and mitigate potential financial and contractual risks.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all aspects of cost management.

Supplier and Subcontractor Management

  • Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
  • Oversee procurement processes and manage supplier contracts.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education : Degree in Quantity Surveying, mechanical and/or electricalEngineering, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on mechanical electrical projects.
  • Technical Knowledge : Experience using CAD Software

Skills :

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and cost estimation tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 60,000.00-70,000.00 per year
