A market leader in their sector, our Client is an established and highly successful Fresh Produce importer, working with an exciting portfolio of products that are destined for the UK retailers. We are currently seeking a Production QC Supervisor to strengthen their quality team at an exciting time of expansion.
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the successful Production QC Supervisorwill manage a small QC team on a night-shift to ensure all product is checked and approved to the highest quality standards, meeting customer expectations. This is a key role communicating between departments on product usage and rotation, managing the team to ensure all standards are met & logged appropriately adhering to customer expectations / requirements and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements;
Previous experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance at Supervisory / Team Leader level
Fresh Produce knowledge required, with exposure to Fruit products advantageous
Team player, confident to make decisions and work alone when required
Ability to communicate at all levels
Location: Kent
Salary; 14.44ph
Hours; 4-on - 4-off; Night shift
