About the Role:We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our clients night shift team. This role involves order picking and handball loading, making it a physically demanding yet rewarding position. You’ll play a key part in ensuring customers receive their goods accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and prepare orders efficiently and accurately.
- Load goods manually (handballing) onto vehicles for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
- Follow health & safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
- Work as part of a team to meet nightly targets and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous warehouse or manual handling experience is desirable.
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and strong team ethic.
- Reliable and punctual, with good time management skills.
