Job Description

Experienced Bench Operator/Fabricator early shift

Operate and setup various types of drilling machines/Pem Machines

Operate/Load Robot and Cobot welders

Learn to operate CNC Laser cutting/Punchpress and Brakepress

Interpret work orders and work instructions

Carry out grinding and finishing activities

Competitive hourly pay (including occasional O/T at 1.5x normal pay).

Responsibilities

Perform quality drilling and grinding activities.

To read and interpret engineering drawings and carry out fabrication tasks as required.

Conduct quality checks on your own work and promptly raise any issues when required.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Communicate clearly and effectively regarding work status.

A collaborative team player mentality and a commitment to continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

Previous experience working in a metal fabrication environment.

Proficiency in quality workmanship.

Attention to detail and a collaborative team player mentality are essential.
