Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for procurement and logistics support, working closely with the site management team.
- Coordinate with the onsite team, internal procurement department, and external suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of departmental activities, including data input and document control.
- Produce reports and project documentation using MS Office packages.
- Oversee the management of site logistics, including delivery schedules.
- Ensure all project documents, contracts, and records are up-to-date and stored securely.
- Provide administrative support for site meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
- Monitor compliance with site safety and operational procedures, collaborating with health and safety teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator in the construction industry is essential.
- Valid CSCS card (mandatory).
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
