We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager from the construction or energy sector to join the expanding site team, working on site at Sizewell C.
This’ll be a pivotal role key to the success of SZC, and you’ll be joining the project at a vital time in its construction, with an opportunity to grow with the project.
The Role
You’ll be based on site at Sizewell C, responsible for delivering a section of the site depending on your specific scope, within budget and on schedule to support the successful build of the project.
What Youll Do:
Lead and manage on-site project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project objectives and milestones.
Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and quality.
Oversee contractor and subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project progression.
What Youll Bring:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale construction or energy projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the energy or construction sector.
It’d be great if you’ve got a qualification in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
This role will be site based in Leiston for 5 days per week, with some occasional Saturday working when needed.
