On behalf of my client, I am recruiting for HVAC Engineers to join their team at Sizewell B on a permanent, fulltime basis working 37.5hrs per week Monday-Friday.
As a Mechanical Technician you and the team are responsible for routine plant maintenance, overhaul and fault finding on a wide range of mechanical plant equipment including:
- Pumps
- Air Compressors
- Fans
- Drives
- Motors
- Pneumatic Controls
- Pressurisation Units Systems
- Electrical Circuits Associated With Equipment (Desirable experience)
Qualifications Required:
City & Guilds level III or NVQ equivalent (Essential)
City & Guilds/HNC or time served in a relevant engineering discipline
Health and Safety
Can read and understand the relevant generic risk assessment
Completes Point of Work Risk Assessment
Ensures appropriate PPE is worn/used and is good working order
