About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive highway experience to join the Sizewell C nuclear project in Suffolk. This major infrastructure initiative plays a key role in the UK?s transition to a low-carbon economy.

You will oversee highway schemes, including S278 works, traffic management, and utility coordination, while managing the project scope, budget, and risks in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage project scope and interfaces.
  • Develop and monitor the project programme and budget.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Coordinate resources and ensure project governance.
  • Engage with stakeholders and resolve issues.
  • Capture lessons learned and maintain effective team relationships.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in delivering highway schemes, S278 works, and traffic management.
  • Professional qualification in Project Management (APM PMQ, PMP).
  • Experience with NEC contracts and CDM regulations.
  • Strong project management skills, including risk, cost, and schedule control.
  • Experience in regulated environments (e.g., Highways England or local authority).
