The Accountant duties will include:

  • Preparation of accounts and tax work
  • Assist in bookkeeping and VAT
  • Ensure all month-end submissions and deadlines are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Handle day-to-day queries.
  • Perform other duties in support of the practice as required by the partners.

Your experience should include:

  • Two years previous accounting experience is preferred
  • Ability to work independently to strict deadlines.
  • Punctual, reliable, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bookkeeping software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks.
  • Experience with the Iris accounts production suite is advantageous but not essential.
