An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technician/Technologist to join a well-established housebuilder, working on a diverse range of residential and commercial construction projects across Lincolnshire. In this role you will have the flexibility to work between their office in Skegness or Woodhall. Key responsibilities include preparing planning drawings for commercial and residential projects, developing building regulation drawings, conducting site visits, liaising with building control, among others. This role will suit someone who has experience of working in a similar role and is seeking an element of autonomy.

To be considered for this role, you must have design experience in the residential or commercial sector. This is an office-based role with site travel when you see fit.

The Role:

  • Prepare planning drawings
