GSL Education are offering a fantastic opportunity to join the Teaching Assistant Programme in Skegness, providing hands-on experience in Secondary, SEN, and Primary schools.
Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant (TA) Programme:
- Assist in lesson delivery and classroom activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Work alongside teachers to ensure students’ individual needs are met.
Requirements of the Teaching Assistant (TA) Programme:
- Experience in care, working with vulnerable adults, or roles such as sports coaching or children’s entertainment.
- Passion for supporting students and fostering a positive learning experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different classroom needs.
- A desire to grow and develop your skills in education.
- Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Updated Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
