Associate - Commercial Conveyancing
1-2 yrs. PQE, Commercial Conveyancing own caseload, Commercial Sales & Purchases, Commercial Lending, Small Business Acquisitions.
Location: Lincolnshire. Office based / Hybrid. Commutable from Louth, Skegness, Lincoln, Boston, Sleaford, Grimsby. Office 3 days per week and up to 2 days working from home (if desired).
Salary: to £50k (dep on exp) + Excellent Benefits
This is a Full Time, Permanent position.
My client is a reputable Law firm based in Skegness, Lincolnshire, which provides a comprehensive range of specialist legal services to clients across Lincolnshire, the East Midlands and beyond.
As part of exciting business development and growth, my client is now looking for an experienced Associate to join their busy conveyancing department in the capacity as a Fee earning Commercial Conveyancer.
The Person
In order to be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ recent PQE or equivalent experience of handling your own commercial conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
The successful candidate will require minimum day to day supervision in dealing with commercial conveyancing matters from start to finish in the following areas:
- Commercial Sales and Purchases
- Commercial Leases and Extensions
- Declaration Trusts and Loan Agreements
- Deeds of Covenants
- License to Assign, Underlet and Alter
- Commercial Lending
- Transfers
Within this busy department although your main focus will be to undertake commercial conveyancing matters, you may be required to assist the residential conveyancing team with casework.
Any experience within Leasehold Enfranchisement, Small Business Acquisitions, Unregistered Land, and knowledge of Share-holder Agreements and Company Law would be desirable.
