Experienced and Professional Multi Skilled Bricklayers required to work on a permanent contract with a leading local housing association covering Skegness, Boston and Surrounding Areas.
My client requires skilled multiskilled bricklayers/ general builders to join their award winning responsive repairs team. You will be tasked with the maintenance and repairs of domestic social housing properties. Work will include patch repair work and refurbishments. Repair work can range from repointing, wall repair, brickwork installations, building steps, slabbing, installing external grab rails, fencing etc,
You will cover Skegness, Spilsby, Boston, Woodhall, Horncastle and surround area.
Whats on offer:
Salary: 32,974 + Overtime & Call outs + Van + Fuel Card
28 days holidays plus bank holidays
12% pension contributions
On going training and future progression on offer.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years bricklaying experience
- Full UK driving license
- Time Served or Bricklaying qualification ideal but not essential
- Willing to learn new skills
