Skills/Qualifications:

Prior experience working as an HCA in a care home setting is preferred
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred but not essential)
Work authorization for the UK required.
A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

Key Responsibilities:

Support residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.)
Assist residents in maintaining their independence and well-being
Work closely with care teams and follow individual care plans
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding are followed

Schedule:

Flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
Day, night, and weekend availability
Holidays and weekday shifts available
