Responsibilities:

As a teachingAssistant, you will:

  • Support the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work with small groups or individual students, providing additional support and guidance.
  • Support the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the wider school community and participate in school activities and events when needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
  • Genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
  • Adaptable and resilient nature, with the ability to work in a dynamic school environment.
