Job Duties:
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Implement HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
- Conduct formal meetings and hearings as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR team to promote positive employee relations.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CIPD qualification.
- Experience working in a unionised environment.
- Training in conflict resolution.
Working Conditions:
- Based on-site wiht some flexibility to hybrid working
- Standard working hours with potential for flexibility.
