Role: Lead Commercial Conveyancer
Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 (Depending on Experience)
Location: Lincolnshire
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join a growing law firmas a Lead Commercial Conveyancer. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team while providing expert legal advice in commercial property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee commercial and residentialproperty transactions from inception to completion.
- Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of commercial conveyancing.
- Lead and mentor a team of conveyancers, ensuring high standards of service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders.
- Review and draft contracts, leases, and related legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with current legal regulations and company policies.
- Resolve complex legal issues and disputes related to property transactions.
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a strong background in commercial property law.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial conveyancing.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high caseload efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with commercial lease extensions and renewals.
- Familiarity with Land Registry procedures and requirements.
- Proficiency in using conveyancing software and legal research tools.
