This is a truly unique opportunity for an experienced Retail/Bar/Restaurant Manager to join a national treasure in the world of hospitality, as a shift manager, with responsibility for managing a dedicated area within this busy complex.

In a 24/7 hospitality environment, you will be responsible for ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by ensuring that relevant tasks and objectives are being carried out by the team. Being organised is key to ensure you can manage fluctuating guest demand whilst keeping operational standards and guest experience high.

You will support and coach the team to ensure your team deliver a great experience and are also driving any key targets such as add on sales or promotions. This is a guest facing role so the majority of your time will be spent within your venue and with our guests. This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, so flexibility is very important.

Role & Responsibilities-

  • The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader from within a Food & Beverage environment that can support the team to deliver fantastic service.
  • Putting the guests first in everything you do, you will have experience in training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment to deliver an excellence experience.
  • You should have previous experience in leading within a busy restaurant, bar or retail environment where a balance of speed and quality is important.
  • You should be confident to direct and respond in any situation whilst delivering consistent brand standards.
  • The ability to lead, motivate and engage your team, even at periods of high demand is important, as well as being able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  • With strong leadership skills, you should be confident in inspiring your team to deliver amazing results for your teams and guests every day.
