Key responsibilities include preparing planning drawings for commercial and residential projects, developing building regulation drawings, conducting site visits, liaising with building control, among others. This role will suit someone who has experience of working in a similar role and is seeking an element of autonomy.To be considered for this role, you must have design experience in the residential or commercial sector.
