V-Recruit are currently working on behalf of one of our clients, based around the Skellingthorpe area of Lincolnshire (LN6), to recruit an Office Administrator to start work as soon as possible.
Our client are a company that operate within the construction and environmental sector. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Matching invoices to PO numbers
- Administration for company App
- Completing hours, and allocating hours to timesheet
- General office admin, such as answering incoming calls, managing email inbox's, photocopying, managing and distributing post
13 per hour
This is a temp to perm opportunity, with the 12 weeks through V-Recruit
Working hours are:
Monday to Thursday: 9am-5pm
Friday: 8am-4pm
The right candidate must have experience in an office/administrative environment, and have a good understanding and competency of Microsoft Office suite.
You will need access to your own transport, due to remote office location. There are no public transport routes.
