Role Overview

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor you will portray and maintain a professional, attentive, helpful service to the client database.   The role will require you to deliver a positive experience on all contacts made and to represent the Company in a polite, efficient manner at all times. Your will be responsible for the account management of their allocated customer portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:-

  • Dealing with enquiries from Clients and customers:-
    • Enquiries from customers on prices and stock availability
    • Temperature Deviations - communication to customers requesting disposition.
    • Obtain PODS across all channels if client struggles
    • Providing the relevant C of A documents to customers
    • SOR enquiries
    • Enquiries from customers on product PIP and/or EAN for electronic ordering
    • Stock control interaction with clients request for inventory discrepancies
  • Accommodate enquiries from other areas of the business, Finance, wholesale, hospital division.  
  • Providing the relevant C of A documents to customers
  • Ensuring all training and updates to training completed
  • Interaction with Q90/RH ops
  • Failed deliveries -communications to customer
  • Polar speed interactions
  • EORI Supplementary declarations - TSS
  • Polar speed exception reports
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines in place.
  • To be flexible in working hours to ensure the needs of the Company are met.

Person Specifications/Competencies

Essential

  • Computer literacy in all MS office and in house order system (Full training will be given)

Desirable
