As the Graduate Trainee L&D Administrator / Administration Assistant you will work closely with the L&D Advisor and wider Human Resources / HR team where you’ll be the backbone of the L&D operations.

Working as the Graduate Trainee L&D Administrator / Administration Assistant you will organise training sessions and liaise with external providers to craft engaging communications and keep the learning systems up to date. Your attention to detail, energy, and passion for development will help ensure your colleagues are empowered to succeed.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Graduate Trainee L&D Administrator / Administration Assistant include:

  • Supporting the L&D team with seamless administrative and coordination assistance across a wide range of processes
  • Assisting with the coordination across; training sessions, workshops and meetings
  • Maintaining learning systems, resources, and databases
  • Supporting the rollout of development programs including the Associate Academy
  • Supporting with the organisation and management of e-learning licenses (including SAP Learning Hub)
  • Create clear, visually engaging reports that show the real impacts & status of L&D
  • Assisting with the L&D feedback process
  • Supporting with the new starter onboarding process and inductions
  • Championing a positive and proactive L&D culture

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

  • A strong interest in Learning & Development and a commitment to your own professional growth
  • Outstanding admin and organisational skills (you love a good plan!)
  • Confidence working independently and collaborating across teams
  • Attention to detail, creativity in communications, and a knack for making reports look presentable
  • Technical capable across Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (bonus if you know SharePoint)
  • Full valid UK driver’s licence

Desirable:

  • Some previous experience in a learning and development administrator or similar role
  • Worked in an SAP, ERP or similar business consulting environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development or related field
  • CIPD certified within Learning and Development
