Are you a passionate and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in Lancashire? Our client, a highly respected private healthcare organisation with a successful portfolio of nursing and dementia homes across the UK, is seeking a strong and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy to join their team. This role offers the chance to lead by example and drive the service forward within a well-regarded care home - the role is close to the Wigan area of Lancashire.

This role offers a competitive salary of £23 - £24 per hour, plus paid breaks, amounting to an annual salary of up to £60,000. You'll also benefit from a supportive team environment and the opportunity to work in a GOOD rated care home.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the nursing and care teams
  • Conducting clinical audits and ensuring excellent medicines management
  • Lead by example, providing strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor
  • Working full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (4 days from 8am-8pm), including some supernumerary hours
  • Ensuring high standards of care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents
