Certain Advantage is hiring for a Workshop Foreman based in the Skelmersdale area.
This role is on a permanent - basis and is site-based.

The Role:
This role is for a Workshop Foreman-someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.
You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation and flow of projects through the fabrication and machine shops
- Staff supervision, job delegation, estimating, documentation control, timesheets etc.
The Individual
We're looking for people who can show:
- Exposure to working in a similar environment - fabricated structures and machined products
- Time-served, degree, NVQ or C&G in a recognised engineering field or relevant experience
