Your new companyA fantastic charity in the Skelmersdale area that provides vital services to the community groups it serves is looking for an all-round administrator to join their operation for 3 months! Your new roleWorking with a small and efficient team that services different areas of the charity, you will be providing critical administrative support functions! This varied role spans across operations and finance, and therefore your duties will reflect this. You will be responsible for a range of admin duties such as arranging appointments for service users, processing service charges, uploading invoices to Xero and answering incoming calls to direct to the relevant departments. You will be based in the office for this post, however full or part time hours will be considered! What you'll need to succeedPrior administration experience in the not for profit sector would be an advantage, however this is not essential as all sectors will be considered. You will be a confident and competent administrator that thrives in changing environments. Used to working with minimal guidance, you will be able to hit the ground running and feel confident in managing your own workload on a day to day basis. Prior experience processing invoices on Xero is a huge advantage for this post! You will be immediately available.
