Are you an experienced HGV Driver with 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE looking for a new role in Skelmersdale?
We are Searching for HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers to start work with us for a contract in Skelmersdsale for nights and days. You must be prepared to do long shifts up to 13 hours in a refridgerated truck and capable of using as a pallet truck.
We have a mix of day shifts, night shifts and weekend work available and we are looking for the right drivers to start driving for us immediately.
DUTIES (Class 1 Driver)
- Being client facing, reliable & knowledgeable.
- Using experience and competence to choose the best route
- Completing vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
- Liaising with customers and clients in a professional and proficient manner
- Deliver to multiple RDC's ensuring you update the traffic office to manage timed deliveries
ENHANCED RATES FOR UMBRELLA
SKILLS (HGV Class 1)
- 路 Valid HGV (C+E) licences with appropriate endorsements.
- 路 Proven experience as a HGV Driver.
- 路 Valid CPC.
- 路 Excellent driving skills and a maximum of 6 points.
- 路 Ability to navigate using GPS or other routing systems.
- 路 Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
- -Store delivery and tail lift experience
