Description:

Our client based in Skelmersdale are a leading provider of Building Compliance Reporting that specialize in delivering high-quality solutions to their clients, helping them meet their regulatory requirements and reduce their environmental footprint. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales revenue and growth.

An opportunity has arisen in Head Office for a motivated and experienced Sales Team member to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and onboard new clients. This role requires strong communication skills via telephone and email.

Responsibilities

1. Work as part of an office-based sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

2. Client Management: Manage relationships with clients, including negotiating contracts and addressing client needs and concerns.

3. Sales Target: Achieve personal sales targets, while also supporting the team in achieving overall sales objectives.

4. Reporting: Work on the company’s internal portal system.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Director and the New Business Team Leader.

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities.

- Knowledge of the air conditioning industry or related sectors is preferred but not essential.

- A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.
