CNC Programmer / Machinist

Certain Advantage is hiring for a CNC Programmer based in the Skelmersdale area.

This role is on a temp-to-perm-basis and is site-based.

The Role:

This role is for a CNC Programmer/Machinist-someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.

You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

  • Fully programming at the machine,
  • Reworking existing CNC Programs
  • Working from an engineering drawings on high value-small volume, bespoke
  • Creating programs on Fanuc Controls


The Individual

We're looking for people who can show:

  • Exposure to working in a similar environment of High-value/low-volume components
  • Time-served, degree, NVQ or C&G in a recognised engineering field or relevant experience
