Job Title: Multi-Trade  

Location: Skelmerdale, West Lancashire  

Hourly Rate: £19.29 Per hour 

• Work vehicle provided
• Fuel card

Contract length: Initially 3 months / Ongoing work.

Possibility of permanent positions

Overview for Multi-Trade role:
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Trade to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the social housing sector and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Scope of works across multiple trades on reactive maintenance in social housing tenanted properties.

Requirements for Multi-Trade role:

•  DBS, Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP, CSCS, Qualification / Apprenticeship in primary trade OR NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance Multitdare Repair and Refurbishment
