MULTI TRADE OPERATIVE WITH SOCIAL HOUSING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A CONTRACT POSITION IN SKELMERSDALE

Job Title: Multi Trade Operative

Location: Skelmersdale, West Lancashire

Hourly Rate: £19.29 Per hour 

• Work vehicle provided
• Fuel card

Contract length: Initially 3 months / Ongoing work.

Overview of Multi trade operative role:

 3x BAU is Business As Usual – standard day to day works

1x WIP is Works In Progress – this is a new team to handle all the jobs that have ran over SLA for the contract.

Responsibilities for Multi trade operative role:

Scope of works across multiple trades on reactive maintenance in social housing tennented properties.

Requirements for Multi trade operative role:

DBS, Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP, CSCS, Qualification / Apprenticeship in primary trade OR NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance Multitdare Repair and Refurbishment.
