Main Duties include:

  • Assist other skilled trades in carrying out maintenance, repairs, testing, inspection and installation work.
  • Where instructed, carry out minor repairs to the building fabric to ensure the safety and security of the client's premises, staff and visitors.
  • Respond in a safe manner to the effects of bad weather.
  • Ensure Health and Safety policies are followed across all sites.
  • Keep all servicing records up to date and within statutory guidelines.
