Main Duties include:

Assist other skilled trades in carrying out maintenance, repairs, testing, inspection and installation work.
Where instructed, carry out minor repairs to the building fabric to ensure the safety and security of the client's premises, staff and visitors.
Respond in a safe manner to the effects of bad weather.
Ensure Health and Safety policies are followed across all sites.
Keep all servicing records up to date and within statutory guidelines.
