- Making / taking calls to facilitate payment of outstanding arrears
- Resolving sometimes complex queries relating to credit, debt and ledgers
- Collecting aged debt, and taking steps to proactively reduce debt in its early stages
- Responding to calls in a timely and professional manner
- More than 2 years’ experience as a Credit Controller
- Experience using SAGE and Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication skills
- A strong focus with the ability to effectively prioritise in a busy environment
- This is purely a Credit Control role so requires experience in volume cash collection calls
- You’ll need to be organised, focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced business
- Ideally, we are looking for someone who can drive to our offices with their own transport.
- A good salary of c.£25,000 depending on experience in a permanent full-time position with a secure, market leading company
- No weekend or evening working – great hours Monday to Friday (37.5 hours a week)
