  • Making / taking calls to facilitate payment of outstanding arrears
  • Resolving sometimes complex queries relating to credit, debt and ledgers
  • Collecting aged debt, and taking steps to proactively reduce debt in its early stages
  • Responding to calls in a timely and professional manner
The ideal candidate for a Credit Controller at Direct365 will have:
  • More than 2 years’ experience as a Credit Controller
  • Experience using SAGE and Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong focus with the ability to effectively prioritise in a busy environment
  • This is purely a Credit Control role so requires experience in volume cash collection calls
  • You’ll need to be organised, focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced business
  • Ideally, we are looking for someone who can drive to our offices with their own transport.
