Administrator - Permanent - Skelmersdale - £25k per annum
We are delighted to be working exclusively with our client who has been established for over 30 years. Due to expansion, we are seeking an experienced Administrator to join a team of 4 supporting the Customer Service team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and adaptable individual, who is proactive and is eager to develop their skills.
Duties:
- Answering incoming phone calls, directing to the appropriate person and taking messages when needed
- Creating jobs and managing updates using their ERP system
- Setting up and maintaining stock codes within the ERP system
- Creating detailed Excel- based work instructions for the production team to follow
- Acting as first point of contact for customers
- Hosting and supporting teams meetings internally and with customer support
- Maintaining SLA 's in Excel
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am - 5:00pm
The idea candidate will be an organised team player, detailed orientated and a confident user of Excel when it comes to creating spreadsheets and using formulars.
