Climarite Refrigeration is a small (12 employees) rapidly growing business located at West Lancashire Investment Centre in Skelmersdale near Ormskirk in Lancashire. 

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated finance manager to oversee the daily accounting and administrative operations of our organisations. 

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the company accounts and finances are managed efficiently, providing support as the company grows. 

The role is primarily office based, approximately three days per week. Salary negotiable. 

Candidate will provide essential support to managing director and will help to supervise / train our current full-time office / administrative assistant.

ATT level 2 or 3 desirable but not necessarily essential, experience working in accounts / financial management is required. 

Responsibiities 

• Financial management: manage all aspects of financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting.

• Oversee payroll, accounts payable / recieveable and reconciliations. 

• Financial reporting: prepare financial reports and statements when required.

• Compliance, analysis and strategic planning: experiece and expertise to support growth is advantageous for the future but not necassarily part of the role initially 

• Administartive management: provide support through growth by setting up and implementing systems where required 

Qualifications / skill set 

• Proven experience as an accounts or finance manager.

• Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Xero).

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
