AP Supervisor | £30,000 – £32,000 | Skelmersdale | Industry leading business | Fantastic cultureAxon Moore are proud to be exclusively recruiting on behalf of a highly-valued client as they look to recruit an experienced AP Supervisor to take complete ownership of the Purchase Ledger function and lead a small AP team within a fast-growing business. Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Supervise the accounts payable team, including training, development, and performance management
  • Manage the end-to-end payable process; ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payment runs, supplier statement reconciliation, etc
  • Month end reporting
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Manage and maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ownership of staff expenses
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Strong experience within transactional finance (at least 3 years)
  • Staff management experience
  • An ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Excel and IT skills
  • High levels of attention to detail and analytical skills
