The Role
- Analyse client briefs and tender documents received from the Sales and Client Services teams
- Ensure that jobs are specified with the correct materials and process to ensure the products perform as per service life expectation.
- Liaise with relevant internal teams including operations, procurement, sales and customer services and external suppliers
- To deliver work on time and to a high standard as agreed.
- To understand and adhere to the Company work processes, procedures, and policies
- Develop, maintain, and update an understanding of the different factories and suite of products and services the business provides in order to deliver the best product and service to our clients.

- Prepare estimates for the sales team within local MIS system and ensure they are accurately specified by identifying precise labour, process, materials and any outwork or install requirements.
- Ensure continuity of pricing for each customer in accordance with previous quotations or customer price list.
- Ensure quotations include information regarding compliance where required e.g. service life, maintenance requirement, H&S.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending Group production facilities where available and being aware of factory capabilities and cost rates.
- Working with employees and line managers to help maintain a positive culture
- Build relationships across the Company with all levels of staff
- To understand and adhere to the Company work processes, procedures, and policies
- Flexible approach to work to meet deadlines
- Ability to work calmly and effectively when under pressure of tight deadlines
- Deliver ad-hoc duties as reasonably required by line manager
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations
