PROBATE SOLICITOR/PARALEGAL/SENIOR FEE EARNER - Remote Working and part time options will be considered

Our client based in Skegness, Lincolnshire, which provides a comprehensive range of legal services to clients across Lincolnshire, the East Midlands and beyond is looking to recruit a Probate Solicitor/Paralegal/Senior Fee Earner. Probate Solicitor/Paralegal/Senior Fee Earner Benefits:

  • Location: Company based Skegness but remote working option for this role is available
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - Flexible working, including flexible start and end times outside of the company's core hours (9am - 5pm); homeworking options, and additional holiday leave accrual options.
  • Holidays: 25 plus stats Holiday entitlement increases after 5 years of continuous service by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 30 days per annum plus bank holidays

You will join a thriving private client department, where you will have a mixed case load of probate and complex wills. You will be required to work with your colleagues and the Directors of the company to proactively promote the department and assist with future business planning for the department and its personnel.

In order to be considered for this role, your application must reflect that you have a minimum of 4 years' experience of directly handling a range of Probate and Will cases from start to finish with minimum supervision, including advising on and drafting of the following:

  • Wills
  • Probate
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection
  • Trusts
  • Estate Planning
  • Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax

The successful candidate will be:

  • IT literate with ability to work effectively on a case management system
  • Able to work well as a team, as well as being able to work on your own initiative
  • Willing to participate in business development activities
  • You will have excellent client care and interpersonal skills
